■ When logging into Spelunker World on a PS4 that has no local saved data for Spelunker World, including:

- When replacing your system with a new PS4 and then logging into Spelunker World;

- After initializing a PS4 and logging into Spelunker World;

- When using a friend's PS4 and logging into Spelunker World.

We are working on a fix and will provide a software update very soon. In the meanwhile, please do not log into Spelunker World if your PS4 has been recently changed or initialized until you receive our software update.
